What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine is the practice of caring for patients remotely when the provider and patient are not physically present with each other. This is achieved by using HIPAA compliant video-conferencing tools. This allows the patient to still receive the same quality of care from the comfort of their own home.
How do I schedule a telemedicine appointment?
Give us a call to schedule your telemedicine appointment at 304-523-1142. When it is time for your telemedicine appointment the provider will send you a text or e-mail that will have a link that you click. The link will open the app and your appointment will begin shortly after.
Do I need to do anything before my first telemedicine appointment?
Yes! You need to submit your informed consent form. Click here to read and submit the consent form.
How do I pay for my telemedicine appointments?
We will bill your insurance for the appointments as we normally would. We accept credit card payments over the phone and checks by mail.
